Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

• Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

• Orders containing preorder items (e.g., Milestone CD and LP) will ship according to their stated release schedule.
  
  

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer domestic and international shipping options via USPS, UPS, or DHL (based on location and availability).

Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order ships.

International Orders

•  International purchases may be subject to additional tariff charges upon delivery. These fees are not included in the standard tax and shipping charges for the order.

• Duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
